Joanne has recently worked in the Insurance industry as a Deputy Head of Data at DUAL UK and Head of Data Governance at Hastings Direct - prior to this Joanne has over 20 years of experience working in the Finance industry. Joanne has run teams whose key remit is to ensure data accuracy, follow legal and regulatory requirements and produce evidence of this compliance. Since specialising in Data Governance Joanne has been able to lean on this experience to help organisations to treat data as an asset.
