Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Summit

Operational technology faces a new reality. Each new integration with vendors, cloud platforms and Industrial IoT ecosystems increases efficiency but also exposes critical operations to third-party risk. One compromised partner can disrupt essential processes and threaten business continuity. Organizations need to find way of getting the benefits of connectivity while maintaining control, even when external parties are compromised.

In this session, Vincent Amanyi (Founder, Boleaum Inc.) shares a framework for designing secure, resilient and vendor-independent OT architectures that maintain operational performance and business agility. Learn how to protect critical industrial assets from third-party vulnerabilities with zero-trust principles, network segmentation, secure remote access controls and governance frameworks.

Receive practical strategies for designing OT architectures that keep control over critical systems, data, and operations—regardless of vendor involvement.

Topics for discussion:
- Reduce reliance on third-party vendors and external connectivity through resilient OT architecture design.
- Identify and mitigate third-party security risks across the OT ecosystem.
- Apply zero trust and defense-in-depth to secure industrial control systems and operational networks.
- Limit third-party attack surfaces using secure remote access, network segmentation, and privileged access controls.
- Establish governance and operational frameworks that maintain business continuity during third-party service disruptions.
