In today’s era of digital disruption, extending automation with AI capabilities, also known as intelligent automation (IA), remains on the agenda of C-suite executives. Enterprise leaders are recognizing that automation and AI technologies have the potential to transform productivity, improve accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer and employee experiences.
